It's interesting that LBJ only has 61 triple doubles yet averages over 7rpg and 7apg across this career. Also I was surprised Wilt wasn't higher in the list as any time he had 10 assists per game he would have very likely got a triple double.
It will be interesting to see how many someone like Ben Simmons racks up over the next few years, but they are far rarer than you may think. For example Giannis hasn't achieved one this season yet he is 6ft 11ins and his team's main ball carrier.
Westbrook interestingly only had 37 until start of last season so has added 52 in about 112 games. He could well pass Jason Kidd on the all time list this season the rate he is going and Magic will then be in his sights. He isn't half way to Oscar's record yet, so I wouldn't start thinking about that until he maybe hits 150.
